South Africa Delivery


Good news, as a customer of JIDEKA Official, you're entitled to our free standard delivery service on orders R800 & above, R90 shipping cost for orders below R800. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday by latest. All South African orders take approx. 3-5 working days. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, please let us know so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from our warehouse. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.




International Delivery


Good news, as a JIDEKA Official member, we can deliver your items Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm. All our international deliveries are handled by DHL. All International orders take approx. 5-10 working days. You will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At JIDEKA Official we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.




Returns & Exchanges


All orders placed can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt by you, this applies to online orders and purchases made in our own stores. Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed. All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition, with all garment tags attached and original packaging before any returns or exchanges can be made. Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping and delivery fee for exchanges. For full refund on a free delivery service, the delivery fee will be deducted. Email pam@jidekaofficial.com to request a return or exchange. Only after you receive your return approval notification via email, you may then mail or ship your package. Items must be mailed within 48 hours of receiving your return notification email. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed. All Sale items: can be exchanged or refunded via store credit only.
