HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?


You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.




WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?


Once we have received your order, it can take 3 – 7 working days to reach you. We will keep you updated as much as possible and send you a tracking number. If there are any problems, don’t hesitate to contact us pam@jidekaofficial.com.




HOW DO I EXCHANGE/ REFUND AN ITEM?


You can only exchange JIDEKA items bought on this site and not from any other retailer that stock JIDEKA. All return and exchange requests must be made within 14 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed. All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition, with all garment tags attached and original packaging before any returns or exchanges can be made. Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Email pam@jidekaofficial.com to request a return or exchange. Only after you receive your return approval notification via email, you may then mail or ship your package. Items must be mailed within 48 hours of receiving your return notification email. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed. All Sale items: can be exchanged or refunded via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions.




DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


We ship all over the world through DHL, shipping cost is calculated upon checkout.




OUR RETURNS POLICY


The items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of being received. Please use a tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only refund/exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms. Sale items: can be exchanged or refunded via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions. 3 for R1500 and below R500 sale items are not returnable (for exchange or refund).
